What this website is

This website shows our work and lets you contact us. It doesn't sell products or services and doesn't take payments. Nothing on the site is an offer that can be accepted. Any work we agree to do will be set out in a separate written agreement, which will include its own price, timing, payment and cancellation terms.

Our work and other people's rights

If you believe something on this site uses your work without permission, email us and we'll look into it promptly.

Using the site properly

Please don't misuse the site. That includes: trying to break into it or disrupt it; sending spam, malware or automated requests through the contact form; sending content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory or that infringes anyone's rights; or pretending to be someone else.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the site accurate and working, but we provide it “as is”. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Our responsibility

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not responsible for any indirect loss, or any loss caused by relying on the site's content, by the site being unavailable, or by websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

Links to other websites

We link to other sites only for information. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we can't, the courts of Abu Dhabi will have jurisdiction.
