This website doesn't sell anything and doesn't take payments, so there is nothing to refund through it.
This page is also available in Arabic. Both versions say the same thing; if anything is unclear, email us.
Payments on this site
You can't buy or pay for anything on randomst7.com. We will never ask for card or bank details through the site or the contact form. If anyone asks you to pay using our name, please email whatif@randomst7.com before you pay.
Work we agree with clients
If you ask us for creative work, the price, deposit, payment schedule, cancellation and refund terms will be written into a separate agreement before any work or payment starts. Those terms will respect your rights under the UAE consumer protection law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) where it applies.
